Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Egyptian Modern Education Systems Co. approved the company's capital increase from EGP 8.9 million to EGP 17.8 million.

The capital hike will be financed from the last years deferred dividends and will be effected through the distribution of bonus shares at 9 to 10.

The firm is capitalised at EGP 8.9 million, distributed across 8.9 million shares at EGP 1 par value each.
